What we collect
- Details you give us in the booking form: name, work email, mobile number, company, city, role and number of employees.
- Your questionnaire answers and the setup we recommended, if you choose to answer the questions and then book a call. Answers you don’t submit with the form are not stored.
- Usage data collected automatically by analytics and advertising tools: pages visited, clicks, device and browser type, approximate location, and the ad or link that brought you here.
Why we use it
- To contact you, confirm your requirements and arrange your call and product demo.
- To understand how the website is used and improve it.
- To measure and improve our advertising.
Who we share it with
With your request for a demo, we share your contact details and requirements with the HRMS software or managed HR and payroll provider best suited to you, so they can run the demo and send you a proposal. We don’t sell your information.
We also use these service providers to run the website: Brevo (contact database), Calendly (call booking), Google Analytics, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag and Microsoft Clarity (analytics and advertising measurement). Each processes data under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
We keep your contact details for as long as we’re in touch about your requirements, and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
